Body Walking is a chance to explore your gait and posture while walking with me in nature. A holistic exploration of your internal interconnectedness.

​Body Walking is a chance to deeply connect with your self and the fact that inside, you are an interconnected web of muscles, bones and fascia all working in harmony to produce alignment, stability and mobility.

Spend time noticing your postural holding patterns and joint restrictions, be guided to experience your mobility, stability, weaknesses and strengths. Discover the areas you hold tense and those that maybe your body has forgotten how to access
We will look at how posture and tension may be causing pain or unnecessary wear and tear, by exploring muscle balance syndromes like upper cross and lower cross as well as how fascial tension and emotional holding patterns may be showing up in your posture.

Introducing biotensegrity and using your interoception, allow me to guide you in experiencing your body in a deep sense.
I treat and teach what I meet, but the sorts of things we may explore together include foot strength, ankle mobility, stride length, knee alignment, hip stability, pelvic mobility, core control, spinal holding patterns, and breath mechanics.
All of this while walking in beautiful places, deeply relaxing, breathing fully and being present in nature.

Become aware of your posture, alignment and tension patterns from within. ​learning how simple changes in alignment and tension, bring profound ease throughout your body. Learn how to maintain this positive change.

Through observation, relaxation and connection, learn to move in a more fluid, supple way, reduce wear and tear, improve mobility and reduce discomfort.

I Love being outside and have the privilege of caretaking a beautiful smallholding. I love to workout outside and want to share this passion with others

I am offering
One to one movement sessions -
Just you and me. We can work on any aspect of your wellbeing, this could be to allow relaxation, restore alignment, build strength, relieve pain, recover from injury, build confidence.
​
Group Pilates classes -
Gather a group of friends to come together and move in nature. These classes will be tailored to your needs and could be either mindful & restorative or more challenging for building strength and confidence.

Retreat days
Relax and move with me, with guided movement classes, as well as breathing and relaxation sessions. Delicious food, time alone in nature, the privilege of stillness, silence and contemplation. Connection with others, and with the beauty of the natural world, any of my workshops can be incorporated in to a retreat day.
Wild swimming on site is an option too, as is camping, a fireside feast, a drumming session and howling at the moon!

Fun and active - for strength and fun! Play is vital for health, for building confidence, mobility and for keeping your brain healthy too. Plus it's super fun!

Time alone by the stream
simply this.... space away from your busy life to allow the sounds of the stream to soothe you. I can be with you to offer massage, or breath work or I can create a comfortable nest for you to retreat to, while you just be..... The gift of space and quiet.
